SLIM-Suite License Email

SLIM-Suite licenses are distributed via email to the person responsible for implementing SLIM in your organization. This letter contains important information, including instructions for renewing your license as well as download links, passwords, and license codes you may need to install or upgrade the SLIM-Suite.  

 

The following information is provided in your SLIM-Suite Windows licenses:

  • SLIM-Suite license and purchase order numbers
  • Account Manager contact information
  • Customer Support contact information
  • Activation information and associated SLIM-Suite version
  • Download username and password
  • Installation and upgrade instructions
  • License renewal/update instructions (modifying a currently installed version)
  • SLIM-Suite applications included in your license, number of users, number of installs, and expiration date


The following information is provided in your SLIM-Collaborate license:

  • SLIM-Suite license number
  • Customer Support contact information
  • Activation information and associated SLIM-Collaborate version
  • Company Name, Company Location, number of users, services licensed
  • License upload and activation instructions
  • Host name and site login URLs
  • Site Administrator username and password (new sites only)
